Books By Vivienne is a basic PHP/MySQL database, housing an assorted collection of book titles and their associated information. This database was created as part of a school project and contains books that I, Lauren Vivienne Hawkins, have read, enjoyed and own (or would like to own eventually).

Features available to users:

• Ability to sort through all of the entries in the database by genre.
• Integrated database search which looks through all of the entries for specified keywords or complete phrases.
• Larger versions of the cover images can be viewed by clicking on the entry thumbnail.

An admin on this site can...

• Enter a new Book with all relevant bibliographic information.
• Upload a cover image that is automatically duplicated and resized to a standardized thumbnail aspect ratio.
• Edit and delete existing entries in the database.
